For each tool button you can simply define a new function. All functions which can be called in the menu of the HPShell can be placed on a button. By the way: the dialog displayed in this image is for editing the entire tool bar. By clicking a tool button with the right mouse button you can edit this directly instead of searching the "complete" dialog anywhere in the HPShell menus.
